The freshest salmon from glacier to plate! We are a boutique salmon farm in the pristine waters of New Zealand's hydro canals. We grow, process and sell our glacial mountain salmon onsite just south of Twizel in the Mackenzie District. We have a floating cafe and salmon shop, or you can order online.
