Te Māra Ranga Wairua will produce 25 head of lettuce, 40 bunches on Spinach and just over a kilo of Basil every week! Did we mention that is just the 31 square meters. As the system matures we will also add vertical grow systems to grow plentiful strawberries and tomatoes.
