The Movement Room

We are a boutique Pilates studio in the heart of Snells Beach. We offer 1:1 and small group mat Pilates as well as 1:1 reformer Pilates. Our group classes come in the form of slower paced mat classes and if you want to build up more of a sweat, we also offer Pilates inspired cardio classes.
