Strength Works is Northlands premium 24 hour strength and conditioning facility. Based is Kerikeri it is run by Jade Isbister, a local who is passionate about making health, fitness and well-being accessible to everyone, at ALL times of the day and night 24-7. We have a range of affordable membership options, personal training, massage and nutrition consulting. ​ Our mission is to bring a premium strength and conditioning facility to Northland, in which our members can access the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We acknowledge the busy lives we all live and we prioritize making strength, conditioning and fitness available to everyone, no matter what their schedule is.​
